Shouldn't say poem but, dialogue. This one always touches me and, this one becomes even more heartwrenching when the imaginary Adi repeated her lines. This was in episode 64 and repeated in 130 (but revisit both of them to get the chills)

This show has so many amazing dialogues as well. I mean look at the choice of words . Not only that we have the amazing theme background music of Katha Ankahee. Its full goosbumps. Do revisit these episodes.
