As far as your initial point is concerned, I totally agree that Abhimanyu's carelessness will lead to Abhinav's death. When Neil died, my opinion was that if Akshara had been less impulsive and more strategic, then the outcome would be different. My opinion is same here with Abhimanyu. He may not intend it, but it will be his foolishness and naivety that will cause a cascade of events leading to Abhinav's death.

AA is x+ years adult who has 1 loving wife. 1 loving son. When a adult responsible man is drinking out of happiness in a place where there is a cliff it's his stupidity. 😂

I am agreeing with you here. If Akshara and Neil both have tried to think logically, strategically and less impulsively things would have been different.

Though here AbhiM did say let's not drink but Nav went ahead and drank(he has a history of drinking more than his capacity. Refer: my comments above for the scenes that has been shown in show) yet when two people are present in a place and regardless of how accident happened it's natural to blame the surviving one.

I am more eager to see the difference between AbhiM and Akshara while Akshara has been shown no remorse I hope this time DKP make AbhiM apologies for the accident as I said it's a basic courtesy to say sorry to the grieving family.
