I thought Dhruv (while his anger is justified) probably went overboard in one or two sentences, but the episode pretty accurately describes what happens when anger takes over you. You lose your sense of reasoning, and might end up saying a couple of things to hurt the other person that you'd usually not say.

Again, this is a classic 21st/17th century difference- Dhruv's method of expressing his anger is very 21st century-ish. Everyone is equal. and the lowest guy has all the rights to shout at the biggest person.

The Rajparivaar, in the 17th, have probably never had any one shout at them the way Dhruv did today, so the "bar" for perceived insult in their minds is pretty low. Not Tara's fault exactly, but that's the implicit class difference for you (it comes out subconsciously), and Dhruv, who'd probably shout the same way if the guilty party were Tillu's parents instead of Tara's, feels it.

And I don't think they ever heard No from anyone or anyone opposed their Suggestion while in 21st century we have that freedom to express our opinion..

Looks like a woman, so probably Tillu. Significantly shorter than Samrat, but is free to roam around the castle (so not Bhuvan)

And it looks like the woman's next ploy is to kill the King- Samrat himself is taken aback a bit when he sees the message.

Are there no guards for Senapati btw in the castle 😛

A bit yes, but she comes from an era where people actually followed up on their threats, and pita ke badle pita was probably a norm for punishments.

Dhruv comes from the 21st, where normal folks don't try to take justice into their hands, but Tara's mind is not that of a 21st century person, not yet at least.

So when Dhruv mentions it, the primal fear takes over in her mind (that the person threatening MEANS what he is saying, and her father's life is in actual danger), and the protective reaction automatically follows.

Not justifying what she's saying- just an insight into her thought process from a 17th century lens.
