First he needs to stop acting in dramas from every single channel at the same time. He has 3-4 dramas going on at the same time. He is always playing the rich guy and he dresses and acts the same. He is right now shehroze in all the dramas he does.

Then he needs to stop giving IVs every now and then

I guess his only one drama is going onair these days. But yeah he needs to do different characters.

He has potential, so he should utilize it by choosing better roles.
