I was watching this interview once, and I think what the person said is accurate. Men can focus, it's a strength in getting work done, but it also becomes a problem because they can't focus on different aspects at once and usually don't think beyond what they're focusing on.
Women are generally more holistic and aware of a broader range of things, but because of that, they have trouble focusing on just one aspect and are constantly thinking about multiple things at once.
Basically, they bring different strengths to the table.
Of course, it can vary from person to person; not all men and women are the same.
However, an ideal match is when partners can compensate or point each other in the direction they can't see or focus on.
For that to work, though, both people have to be willing to listen and take suggestions, a quality rarely shown on ITV.
