As long as the show doesn't move to a snail pace, I'm fine. I can't handle the whiplash.

It's like rail gardi full speed se normal speed ki taraf aa rahi hai. I

'd like it to stay that way, consistent pace, but it feels like that's too much to hope for.

Now coming to this, firstly people were complaining that its too fast...toh they have probably slowed down.

Secondly, this is my perspective that the makers want the audience to understand the depth of bitterness, anger and sadness these two leads have undergone...so they can connect with them when story moves in present time.

I didn't get time to connect with their love to feel disheartened for their breakup.

Correction, I don't know whether the writers know how to pace the story at all, as in where to slow down and where to pick up the pace.

We've all ranted, expressed shock, concern, disbelief, etc., over the speed of the whole meeting, falling in love and Rey resorting to his d***ish normal self thing. They could have easily added a week to this entire process to make the audience connect to the story, but I feel like I've been just facing a Dyson-level dryer in the face or pressed forward x6.

In the part where they should have slowed down, the writers went on at a bullet train speed. Now they're slowing down to the speed of a coal-fueled train. Given the standard of their pace, Radhi and Rey should have had their confrontation today.

On a side note - All the women in this show are amazing. That's so rare to see in itv but feels so good to witness this. Commendable.

Really felt great about that. As of yet, no women is hating or plotting against another. It's such a refreshing change 🫶🙌👏

Koi bharosa nahi hai.

Although, I have to say, in DHTH, no woman was an antagonist. His sister was a brat in the beginning but not an evil one.

So it is possible for her but v, v rare.

I feel like they should have added a couple of romantic scenes. Instead of just confession/consummation then immediately misunderstanding and breakup.

But at the same time having a shorter duration whirlwind relationship makes Reyansh’s behavior slightly more palatable as they didn’t have the time to build up trust. I always find it hard to buy a love story if they have a huge misunderstanding after they have built trust.

I wonder if the story will go down the KMH way with him secretly helping her find her parents. From the flashbacks she is as jaded with love as he is was at the start. So it’s really going to have to be him earning her trust.

Although, highly unlikely because she's a girl and watching an alcoholic FL might just break the audience.

Although, I've noted It's mostly men who resort to alcohol as a coping mechanism. Women usually don't. They cry for a bit but then generally face the situation or move on.

They also don't go being massive ****s to everyone because of one person.

Women are wired different. What you are saying happens in real life too, unfortunate, but true. Men are HORRIBLE with managing their emotions. Ek emotion bhari pad gaya toh wo sab pe bhari pad jaate hai.
