This show is such a garbage with no story except extra marital affair of every couple in show and how anupama handles it by giving bhashan to the couple ( she should be the last person to give advice on anyone's marriage though)🤢

She is well known for double standards. Royal TamaShah Phemli is at the top of hierarchy while others have to abide by rules. How is this not an extension of Mawaali Jhuli aka her Baa Bhagwaan essentially saying 'Men can do anything and get away with it because it is allowed' ?

Once again, it is not surprising but still disappointing that this is the titular lead of a show purportedly about a woman. Sigh

So...Anupama will speak up only if it's about the Shahs?

If this is being done from the perspective that they are her mayka and she feels more deeply for them, then it supports the regressive idea that a woman never truly accepts husband's family as her own. ( and in Anupama's case will never respect them/ be least bothered about them)

If this is being done from the perspective of kagaz ke tukde se rishta nahi badlta then it supports the regressive idea that a divorced woman will always be attached to her ex's family and you have to put up with it.

In either case the tag line of being a woman empowerment show should be removed because it's not true!

Also jab apne pe baat aayi tab toh Anupama full silent mode me chali gayi. It's ok we have all seen how she has treated CA ( a child that I believe Anuj wanted to adopt but Anupama never did). We all know how she would treat illegitimate child of Anuj. After all he/she would not be her own blood or born of her true love Vanraj. So they will suffer neglect and abuse at hands of Shahs on top of it. Everyone knows CA is only excuse she dropped USA idea for the Shahs.

Vaise toh Anupama bahut lecture deti hai about respecting elders but not once has she respected AB and BB. In fact everytime BB opens her mouth Anupama gets a bored/outraged expression on her face as if she can't believe BB dares to speak up. I know BB and AB koi bahut dodh ke dhule nahi hai.

But Baa Bhagwan ke aage toh BB is a saint. And she even talks sensibly many times only to be ignored completely by Mahaan Anupama.

Ek to vaise bhi har baar galat jagah hi bolti hai Anupama. Once again let BB and AB sort their matter out on their own Anupama. Just leave them be. Jab unki baat sunni thi tab toh suni nahi and ab jab time aaya toh let them sort it out on their own then she is poking her nose in between.

Also it's really sad to see Anuj bow down and attempt to please the Shahs just to keep Anupama happy. I want the Anuj we were introduced to back. Even on new year he was better, at least he spoke up a little. Anupama ke chakkar me all he can do is say yes to everything she says yes to and no to everything she says no to. Otherwise he is labelled as MCP/Villian and Anupama will bawl and lament that har baar uske hi saath aisa hota.

If anything this show is an example of how women misuse their woman card and do anything and everything wrong in the name of women empowerment.

Magar phir bhi show chalana hai koi bhi track jabardasti ghusa do because show bus Chalna chahiye zindagi bhar kisi bhi Tarah

In writer ko bus show chalate se Matlab hai chahe us track ka show se koi Lena nahi Dena nahi hai

Is everyone supposed to be a cheater in Anupamaa universe. Jitne affairs iss show mein chal raha utna toh SP ke saare shows milake nahi hai. What exactly does makers want to show.. everyone readily gets into EMA if they get a chance and there are hidden illegitimate bachas all around. 🤪

For a show centred on woman empowerment, it has turned into an unidentifiable story. It has so much more potential but it’s been destroyed by the writers.
