Here the point is not about the character. For him to survive , the female lead was totally killed . She has to undergo a complete makeover to move back to Abhira if they r planning.

She was made to do nonsense for 6 months and then u expect the audience to accept her ex to welcome her . She needs a complete 360 degree makeover for her to come back as Akshu to Abhi . How r they going to show it ....

The cameo could have been kept as a friend or may be name sake husband for the society but on and off curtain scenes , putting down her ex etc is not going to be accepted just for the cameo to stay for months .

There is a saying " You can't build your happy family on the graves of others" ... Similarly, Akshara has built her happy family on the miseries, tears & misfortune of Abhimanyu & it will collapse soon ... Now they will understand what Karma actually is.. The happy family that the shameless Goenkas & fraud Sharmas are celebrating today by breaking Abhimanyu's heart & totally ignoring his pain is going to scatter soon.

Abhimanyu was breaking from inside today & those bloody vultures were happily cutting cake & celebrating it, that too standing in Birla House itself. That scene was damn triggering for me today.

I remember when Abhi won custody , forget celebration he wasn't even happy for his win & felt bad for the fraud Sharmas& look at this vultures who are cutting cake & celebrating it , right in front of Abhimanyu ... I will never feel bad for Akshara & her patiji. . I just hate Akshara .She is heartless, cruel & narcissist to the core.. I just despise her as a human being

Yes, he was more happy before he made the choice of accepting akshara as a partner , a very bad decision.

Every mistake in this world has consequent repercussions . Like- Eating bad food leads to food poisoning , Not studying leads to failing in exam , Not working hard in career leads to downfall... etcetera etcetera .

Similarly making the mistake of choosing the wrong partner will lead to worse consequences , as the person whom one married occupies a significant position in life and becomes capable to affect it drastically .

While the after effects of every mistake are recognized and regarded as one's own doing , contrastingly in case of a failed relationship resulting out of making a bad choice, the after effects such as depression, gloom are glorified and praised.

I also liked his role initially but when he started saying mera bachcha, humara bachcha after knowing truth and that too to Abhimaniyu...it was disconnection with the character for me because of the contrast of the words he was speaking but actions were not towards that...

Writers really forgot what they are writing....
