Kisne bola he loves priya. He doesn't. He is just stumped that a woman exists who doesn't fall at his feet and isnt money minded but he keeps finding reasons to MU her or insult her at least low key no matter what. He doesn't even have the guts to analyze what he really wants and act on it. He proposed this ridiculous arrangement of contract and Priya in a moment of madness, vulnerability, pain and getting emotionally carried away agreed to it. Now shes paying the price tolerating the scrutiny and opinions of pathetic peeps like K, Shreya, Ram and his evil family spare his clueless mom. His "jaan" is not his priority when he doesn't know the first thing about her meds, her diet, her exercise etc.

Living with people like Ram's character will be very challenging because then wife will have to always justify her affection and sincerity to the relationship every time. Because he is very judgmental in his behaviour and self centered. He can be wrong and wife should forgive but it cant be other way around. Besides he doesnt have a self opinion, that is very dangerous and toxic. Listens to all then come home and argue.
