I don't think it's necessary to have haters to lovers troop to have fiery chemistry. Ahad and sajal had great chemistry in yks but the chemistry wasn't that good in ydm where they had more physical contact. Sajal and bilal's every rooftop scene in KA where they are very calm had amazing chemistry and even in o rangreza they werent enemies to lovers. It's mostly how it's written and how it's executed. Sirf tum characters are not appealing and the execution is also bland. Usama and anmol had fiery chemistry from the teasers itself. That's what attracted me to watch asa. In hum tum ahad and ramsha were also enemies to lovers and I didn't see any chemistry between the two and on top of that their acting was so bad.

I agree. I actually meant that haters to lovers trope relatively has more appeal. But Sirf Tum's major issue is the characters are bland and story is meh like you said. I always feel, story and character is the major reason for a couple to have a chemistry. I have never felt that only two actors can create a chemistry if everything is meh. I have liked a couple in one phase of story and same couple , I start feeling boring if the story goes haywire, no matter how much I like the couple.. Even Usama and Anmol would not have been able to create chemistry in Sirf Tum if they were together and Hamza and Anmol could have created amazing chemistry if they were Ushroz.. I find them here also quite cute..

It was a fun watch at the start but it definitely don't have anything special. Hamza and seher have cute chemistry. Except for the initial funny scenes between the two the drama literally has nothing. 60-70% of the drama is all about umeed and her family and her family is extremely boring. It was a better watch that chand tara. I guess since the actors are young and they have good chemistry it attracted a lot of young audiences. Both hamza and Sara were age appropriate for the characters. So it's not that weird to see them being childish or immature.
