That quantity is supposed be that much only.

Wine đŸ· flutes/glasses are meant to be smelled and enjoyed in a particular manner.

Whisky đŸ„ƒ has to go with water/soda/ice. If you add too much, it's flavours don't get released properly and you can't even drink entire glass-full of whiskey. That's quick death, lmao.

Thoda thoda piyo, thik thak jeeyoge. 😆

Another reason is when we touch the glass, the heat from our hand is transferred onto the glass. It spoils the taste of liquor. It is meant to be served chilled. So the smaller quantity can be finished before the drink is too hot.

Bold; Accurate I've never had a drink in my life đŸ€Ł

What i thought was the alcohol ( be it wishkey or wine or whatever) is so strong that people can't drink it in it's pure form andbtake 1/4th of it in their glass and dilute the rest with water ( seen in some movies)

nai, it's not that strong. But everyone has different levels of tolerance. I've seen grown ass men get drunk in 25-40 ml whiskey and ones who will finish a quarter and remain sober. 😆

But it's good to not drink. Dilute kar ke peena bhi thik hai but not wine/champagne. That's not meant for dilution.

LOL. Same. Never came even close to these addictive substances. đŸ€ŁđŸ€Ș

The closest i have been too is when we went to a restaurant to celebrate birthday of a relative and i wasn't allowed anything because i was underage at 21. đŸ€Ł

I just thought of a funny scenario going with the idea that except for DJ and Yuvika ,DB dosent even know the names of the 2nd gen kids...review after reading this

Int. Mhajan house , living room ; Db , Shobana and Shubbadra are present

Shubbadra ; Meri kismat hi kharab hai., maer beti-

Shobana ; Ye toh hazzar baar sun chuke hain beta , ab batao tumari problem kya hai

Shubbadra ; Meri life hi problem hai! Meri Beti ki-

( DB looks up suprised from reading some book and interrupts Shubbadra)

DB ; Tumari ek beti bhi hai?

Shubbadra; ( looks scandalized) Ek beti bhi hai ka kya matlab hai Dada Bapu? Aap toh maujoot the jab uski janam hui thi , meri beti Shanaya?

DB; Wo teri beti hai? Mujhe laga wo Miraya ki koi dost hai jo aksar yahan par uske saat rehti hai

( Shubbadra continues with her lament and Shobana stifiles her laughter and tries to calm her down)

You know it's actually funny that SET and Zee are rival channels but the dubbed version of CID was telecasted in ZEE Tamil

The rule is due to two reasons, from what I understand

1. It is easier to go through the topics, and there's more threads.

2. It has something to do with space a thread takes. Easy to manage as well.

Threads can go on forever but it's better to have a tentative end limit. We made PKYEK celebration thread 300+ pages long recently. 😆

I am surprised he knew the name of Miraya. He could have thought DJ ki secretary hai

I think also to ensure that forums have more threads like if there was no limit few would open new threads on same topic and thereby unnecessarily giving higher engagement image.

With 150 pages limit they have standardised the thing

That's because there is a pending merger of Zee and Sony for sometime now. Hearing this from before lockdown. Dont know the current status yet.

Infact these 2 bid together for IPL rights but no one's beating Ambani. 😆

But I'm talking about the year 2014-16 CID dubbed version aired back then...
