The guava tree we cut down recently as it was causing a lot of monkey menace. Groups of monkeys used to come because of that tree and cause a lot of damage to pots & other things...

Yeah ofcourse Lucknow has changed a lot over years. But i loved the simplicity of older times and ofcourse the greenery...

Ise kese bhul sakti hun! I loved that khatti meethi wali churan ki goli.. 🤩 I still remember the taste.. ye sab ab bhi milta hai but kaafi time se nahi khaya..

You remember Hajmola purpose type ek aata tha with a funny name "Hawa baan" lmao 🤣 My dad used to make some churan ki goli at home (he loves experimenting in kitchen), we call our dad "baba" so we used to call his churan ki goli "baba baan" 🤣

There were so many different kind of churans. The black one was the most dangerous...too tangy and hot.😆

There were so many golis like anardana goli, jeera goli, some kala khatta goli, imli goli and many others that i only knew by their colors 😆

There's still one place in our city where u can find these things. Otherwise they have vanished from most places...
