Imlie and Kairi settle down in their new flat. Imlie starts looking for jobs and she goes for many interviews , she is disappointed as the interviewer though impressed by her work experience n qualifications but refuse to employ her as she is single mother n would have tk juggle between her five yr old , household and work .
At RV Atharva is upset as he narrates with the family hownhe sneaked I to Imlie’s house to leave them provisions for daily use . Devika, Rudra and ashubani explain to him that he should keep h8s emotions under control and not visit the single woman. They were now divorced n he had no rights to enter their house uninvited , Imlie will unnecessarily face wrath of society and bad mouthing by neighbours. Atharva is advised to win Imlie with love again n not for himself on them.
Atharva misses Kairi and looks at their family album. He recollects how wrong he had done to Imlie. He wonders how to win her back .
At their colony there is Father’s Day celebrations and Kairi misses her papa and her Rana family members . Imlie tries to calm the kid n assures her . Other ladies bad mouth Imlie for giving the child false assurances.

Imlie assures she was her mother n father both and that she will take part. So what if Atharva was away ?
