I think they have made Shivu a bully to maybe make Shefali go against Mahima’s suggestion of staying with Parth. Seeing her son becoming like Parth she may want to keep them away. Or they could show he has been facing issues in hostel and the parents may want to stay together for his best interests.

I am interested in knowing who Abhir tells or who gets to know first about Shivu.
