It was both Neil and Akshara's fault. Because Akshara manipulated Neil. If in such situation, one asks you "tum mere jagah hote toh kya karte". Anyone would give in. Also as soon as they reached the location, Akshara jumped to get out of the car and that is when Neil locked the car and said that he's got her here, so he ll go and help the girls!!! He took a promise from her, because she was pregnant. And he does saving her and not the girls. But Akshara definitely had her share in this. And nobody called her a murderer.

Ak didn't manipulate Neil to fight the goons. She never wanted him to do anything. She was trying to step out herself. She never wanted Neil (the one who wasn't meant to be a part of her fight) to go out and fight the goons. She never wanted that. She in fact tried her best to get Neil out of the goddamn fight. Neil was stubborn and he didn't listen. I do admit, Neil was trying to deescalate the situation but if he wanted to do so, why couldn't he tell Ak to stay in the car for the sake of her children? She would have listened to him if he did. He could have also told her that they should wait until police arrive. He is an adult. Not a child who can get manipulated by a simple statement like that.

Also, AbhiM called her a murderer on the White Day and so did Manjari.

Yes. This is how it was played out. If Neil didn't step out akshara would and that would be a disaster..everything happened in a spur of a moment .

But I don't agree with the bolded part ..she doesnt commit mistakes which are unintentional. Mistakes just happen bec of erroneous judgement... What happens intentionally is a crime .

That's not the point at all whether Neil was responsible or Akshara ....I attribute this brilliant idea to both

The point is lives were lost that day which could've been avoided

Saying I'm sorry for ur loss , I wish we hadn't gone there that day or I wish Neil hadn't gone out to fight the goons or police had arrived earlier

I wish we had Neil with us now

All this simply acknowledging the other person pain

A simple sorry sometimes can go a long way

I see this the way when doctors come out of OT nd say We're sorry we couldn't save the patient

It's not like they killed the patient deliberately and it's not like they didn't try hard enough but they simply convey their sympathies to the aggrieved families

yup this was also mentioned during the mandir confrontation too....the term murderer was used as it is......

Yea. I am sorry. I think I got quite a bit defensive there with my argument. Yes, Ak should have done that. And I see AbhiM's point standing in that case for Ak apologising to Manjiri. It is sort of Ak's fault even if she didn't mean it in that sense, I guess when I think about it that way.
