Akshara thought that Abhimanyu had become a nicer person! That was her mistake... But it's quite funny to suggest the whole life of family to move according to Whims Dr. Birla and he is needs and requirements.

They had life in Kasauli! Abhir had friends, Akshara had her work and Abhinav was tourist guide for knowing the city! Logically they should remain in Kasauli. But madam made mistake of trusting selfish doctor based on his momma's request.

Yes, and now if they accept Fate's decision they may go back to Kasauli but ladai abhi baaki hai!

And no, Abhimanyu literally doesn't seem to care about Abhir and his feelings at the moment. He is full of himself and his happiness, his dreams and his wishes. He is just into a mode of snatching him from AkshNav to satisfy his mom's ego. Ab why does mom want to do that? Maybe to revenge Neil's death? She blames Akshara for Neil's death na, toh sabak sikhane?
