This iv is from the last shooting schedule in Jan 2023 so most scenes would have been shot by then. Since this dress is same that Yumna wore in last episode, she would have read the whole script by then and would know her character arc and plot lines.

Yeah. It's my fault. I had too high expectations.

I had heard Wahaj talk of responsible capitalism and types of stories we should be telling in his IV on The Big Pick back 2022 (after JBG).

Yumna has made a career out of depicting Sexual Assault victims and picking socially relevant scripts, I expected her to understand the sensitivity of the MR/SA issue and how it should be treated. To choose a script that treats this issue in such a cavalier, irresponsible, and wrong-headed way, and then not use her power to shape the script in a different direction (like Mawra did with MR in her Mehrunissa drama), has made me very disappointed.

We were told there were slaps every other episode in the script which the actors refused to do and had taken out - yet to not do so with an MR track (actual or otherwise) - adds to my frustration.

Lastly, it is one thing to act coy, embellish your character importance or not spill character/plot deets, it is another to outwardly lie and grossly misrepresent your character in IVs. This I had never seen before TB.

It's funny on how it started. Someone appreciated sajal, maya, mawra and Iqra for being responsible. As usual yumna's fans took it personally🤣. It wasn't even about her and her fans made it into yumna vs sajal. Some crazy one was comparing the suicide scene in yks to all the toxic stuff in TB and saying sajal is not as woke as her fans make her to be . I dont get how someone who went through a lot trying to commit suicide can be compared to MR and slap scenes 🤣
