Justice to justice hai ab kisi ko bura lage ya achha. Pyaar k naam pe galat karke usko chupana and us pyaar ki duhai dene se galat sahi nahi ho jata.

You know India mein higher courts hote hai? And obvs Goenkas are loaded enough to drag it to the Supreme Court par itv hai toh jo koi real court nahi karega woh ho jata hai. Aur justice ke naam par high court aur Supreme court toh hota hi nahi hai

And this justice hits home all the harder because Abhi never tried to usurp anyone's place to make his own.....the immense amount of restraint, grace, compassion that Abhi has shown in standing on the sidelines to not disrupt anyone's life, gulping down his pain as his son called someone else Papa.....that is why justice from a higher power swung in his favor - the man who already considers himself haara hua and doesn't take any pride in this victory....justice swung in his favor because he has given up on most expectations in life now and the Almighty decided to gift him the lifeline of his son when he was resigned to losing it.

If the people were not ready to accept judgement court jaana hi kyun tha 😆 goenkas ne hi shuru kiya. Ab if they don't accept this decision that means they will not accept if supreme court and high court gives the same. 😆 toh obviously they will not go to higher courts.

Jo bhi court jaaye verdict yahi hoga. AK pe paternity fraud ka case hai. And agar emotional hoke na socho to pehle court saare facts dekhegi and if AK was so sure that Abhi never wanted his son to kyun nahi legally sort kiya matter? Abhi k consent leke Abhinav ko legal adoption karwa deti.

Indian judiciary i.e formulated by the Constitution Committee way back in the 1940s allows to people to challenge a lower court's decision twice. Maane court ka decision ko challenge karna till Supreme court says otherwise is part of Indian judiciary. 😆

Your last statement is contradictory kyon ki high court ya Supreme court jane ka matlab hi hota hai that one party does not accept the lower court's judgement lol 😆
