Indian judiciary i.e formulated by the Constitution Committee way back in the 1940s allows to people to challenge a lower court's decision twice. Maane court ka decision ko challenge karna till Supreme court says otherwise is part of Indian judiciary. 😆

Your last statement is contradictory kyon ki high court ya Supreme court jane ka matlab hi hota hai that one party does not accept the lower court's judgement lol 😆

Every person tried to keep him away from his son, his hands were tied and he couldn’t do much b’coz he never wanted to snatch his sons happiness - rather just wanted a place in his life. He was also prepared to lose and visit his kid over the weekend if allowed. He was time and time again compared and said he is not a good father, when he was not even given a chance - he made a place in his own sons heart being a stranger…at the end someone else decided that if he doesn’t win the case, he will be erased from his kids life. He went into that court expecting not to win - but Mahadev & kanaji had other plans, just like how he brought AB to Kasauli and had Abhi do the surgery and got him to know the truth - he has decided that it’s time for Abhir Sharma to officially and legally become Abhir Birla ❤️ justice was well severed and in a platter AND how 💕💕 as he said in today episode, he doesn’t have to feel guilty abt anything and just think abt spending time with his kid and build his relation with his son.

If someone is suffering it’s all b’coz of her misdeeds…🤷🏻‍♀️

Agar emotional hoke na soche toh preteens ki custody mother ko jaati hai. And paternity fraud mein court kehti ki why didn't you inform your and your baby's whereabouts to a man who was accusing you of murder and kicked you out after a miscarriage? That is definition of domestic abuse lol.

And who explictly said that he didn't want anything to do with you or your baby?

Case agar real court mein hota toh maa-beta would be in jail lol😆

Wahi..i am hearing first time ...these..in family court vigorously it is informed certificate fraudulent...it is not criminal to civil case to go to Delhi to proceed ..they will put whole goenka in bars..are we realising custody case never fall in that category re ..

He said that to Nav not AK and he said that to a stranger (Nav) who answered AK phone when he returned her calls. At that point Nav had just met her he had no right to answer a strangers calls. Check that lines was told after Nav instead of telling him the situation when round about without coming to the point. When he told dont u want to know about your wife and child that when AB said it. And that’s what AK heard. She never saw what lead to him telling that. It’s wasn’t that he was told ur child is alive and he said I don’t want to do anything with them.
