First it was Akshara who keeps on threatening Abhimanyu that if he does not do what she says with regards to Abhir she will take him to court. It was her who keep on saying that she will not let Abhimanyu be the father of Abhir on legal papers while Abhir was biological son of Abhimanyu Birla and he had not given up on him for adoption so she has literally committed paternity fraud.

And then it was Kairav who put a restraining order on Abhimanyu from meeting Abhir and named the relation as uncle-nephew and later it was Akshara who said, she will let him meet Abhir twice a month and when she is in the city- on weekends.

It was Abhimanyu who put the custody on hold indefinitely as Abhir was ill and was on recovery period. He even agreed to wait for Ak's so called right time, even went against his morals and FEIGNED IGNORANCE OF KNOWING THE TRUTH in front of his son but it was his son's desperation to know his real dad aka him that made him break free but even then it was MANISH GOENKA who filed for the sole custody and put leech of a condition in front of him that he does not win then Abhir will never know the truth.

During the court proceeding, Akshara was overconfident and once again repeating, hamari happy family wapas kasauli jayegi etc etc while forgetting she has committed a felony.

As if it's Abhimanyu's fault for being educated, for earning well, for not committing felonies and for winning custody. Its jarring.

Did Bade Papa’s hearing aid stop working in the middle of the judge announcing the decision that he’s claiming decision was only based on financial condition of Sharmas? He really didn’t hear that whole big chunk of Judge explaining that judgement was also because of Akshara illegally changing the real father’s name on the birth certificate?


Or is it that BP can’t be bothered remembering things when someone calls out his beloved Akshu’s faults so saara blame financial condition pe daal diya? 😆

Too funny to see the super rich Goenkas trying to give middle class family ke dukhon ki duhaai 😆….itna hi problem tha toh kar dete bequeath all their wealth to new jamaai sa and sab saath mein rich hote 😆….now they want to zabardasti play victim like only Birlas are rich and Goenkas are poor 😆

Akshara's character arc post leap was based on her preparing for 5 years to be a lawyer so she can win Abhir's custody so fighting custody and preparing for it was actually shown as something right

When you are preparing for a war, you know you'd either win or lose or it'd be draw.

She didn't have enough brains to not forge Abhir's legal documents before going to court, if court sees any legal mistakes they'd penalize you, why would they give custody to someone who has a history like this? 😆

Abhimanyu fought the case which was filed by Akshara and her family, they are hating him for not backing down and giving up his rights 🤷‍♀️ this would never make any sense to me

This exactly. 😆….remarkable to see how the narrative is being twisted on this. Abhi not backing down from his rights is him supposedly snatching Sharmas ke rights 🤷‍♀️😂…..that too for a case that Akshara’s family brought to him and he merely stood his ground and fought fairly. Nothing else.

Goenkas are sore losers, nothing else 😆….still incapable of comprehending that Abhimanyu is the real father no matter how much they keep trying to impose Nav into that place. Simply wishing it doesn’t make it so.

Abhi never wanted to go to court. Goenkas forced his hand and are now trying to look for scapegoats after losing. Lol Abhi was prepared to accept either outcome from the court. But Goenkas took a big risk and lost it all. Even then Abhi will be gracious enough to give them open access to Abhir. Something they would have never done for him if roles reversed.
