When Samar Nandu was dating she fought with whole phemily for their relationship, but when Pakhi and Adhik were dating she went into full nirupa roy mode. During the sample wedding, she did full tamjam for her Bakula and his toxic gold-digger girlfriend who had no relationship with anu and anuj whatsoever, but her biological daughter was thrown out of her house. So yes maa treats her low-key worse than her sons.

She wasn't against Pakhi-Adhik's relationship. She just wanted them to focus on their career right now. Pakhi-Adhik's situation was quite different from Toshu-Kinjal and Samar-Nandini's. Toshu-Kinjal did MBA. Samar and Nandini were struggling to establish themselves as an accomplished dancer but Pakhi wasn't even a graduate neither had any ambition. She merely wanted to get married to a rich guy and enjoy the luxuries. She was leeching on Kapadia's wealth. That's why she threw her out. Yes,but it's a valid point that why she didn't meted out the same treatment to Dimpy.But the reason is obvious. How will they portray Anupama Devi ji as "Tyaag aur Mamta ki Murat"?

See the thing is, Pakhi decided to get married because Anupama never supported her. They thought that if they don't allow her go out and keep eye on her she will forget Adhik, instead of giving it a direction Anupama devil hi let aache pita treat pakhi that way. And I'm definitely sure of they would have supported pakhi she would have completed her degree .

In that case , now when Adhik is actually doing DV with pakhi . He will be protected becoz of that anticipatory complain made by Barkha.

What if shahs n Kapadias won't belive pakhi as she has done something similar in the past and it turned out to be a lie.
