They probably have shot everything, then owing to the immense success had to rewrite and add few tracks for elongating the story as a result we have this patchwork of a serial by the end.

IMO the cast were clueless in the 2nd unit shooting, it was all added later and not part of the initial story and script. Meaningless tracks have been inserted for prolonging story but not enough scenes being shot on the lead owing probably to their lack of callsheets.

Like someone said above this stupid leap was not needed. Dono meerab and murtasam ki character ki dhajjiyaan udda di... Oopar se its shot so badly. Neither meerab nor murtasim had any explanation for their actions..

Whats the point of a leap in the last 4 episodes. Ya toh dhang se plan karte like humsafar.. What an amazing character graph did khirad have.. Seeti maar scenes she had.

Imagine the stupidity.. You have a higher rated tv show which is running solely on the leads chemistry... And you keep them apart for 10 freaking episodes! Whose brilliant idea was this?

I think 3 things happened

1) the original script which was for 28 episodes.. that was written well.. so till about 22-25 episodes were amazing

2) while shooting the above, TB became a hit so they extended it with poorly written and executed maryiam track and separation track. I think they were aiming for something between 40-45 episodes.. ratings did not fall

3) so kaddu uncle got super greedy and decided to further drag and extend by using flashbacks, slomo etc stretching the episodes to 58.

No way they have shot material for 60 episodes. Plus the 2) extension meant more shooting which yumhaj didn't have dates for bec of other projects... so you have focus on side characters like haya and just few scenes of main actors

Had this been the original 28 episodes drama, i would have recommended it to everyone. It was so so entertaining

Agree serial took a nosedive from mariyum track and especially lack of main leads dates is 💯 true and till 40 it was OK then totally off the track😭

IMO MB is a person who values her family reputation more than individual members. Even during the mariyum track, her preference was for the girl to have returned without any anhoni. So her behaviour was all expected because she had to explain their entire family about meerab's sudden disappearance and sadly men are considered impotent if their wife elopes with someone in the thick of the 🌙 🌃 and due to lack of communication from meerab theg can't assume anything but elopement with Rohail as a possible cause behind her vanishing act.

Totally I agree with you on that , but if u watch her tone , when she got her from Waqas house, it sounded she got her only for Maryam , not for realizing that meerab may not be 💯 fault. Before Waqas came, they were blaming her only , as if she planned it.

Even when she initially went to Karachi with MK , she said bhaga gayi and Anwar had to clarify she did not run , she went with MK.Her tone with meerab is so dismissive.

Words she uses bhag gayi, when MK was in hospital.I dont approve that language .

I always felt after meerab dance , MB couldn’t get over it .

Also her attitude comes because , she may not give that much weightage to Anwar and Waqas .

Senior khadu said that no changes were made to the script we will find out what happened behind those closed doors in the last episode😳
