I think from the drama point of view now Haya's drama is going on. So Farukh will come after some time to tell everyone about how he met Meerab and how he took her to his Aunt and Uncle and how she struggled during her pregnancy and how she had a complicated delivery. I think to reveal these things to Khan family members he is needed. And also I think he might reveal that he sold his Rickshaw for Meerab's operation and he might return the gold chain which he took two years back to Meerab.

It is not a twist.😆 Just saying that Farukh might have been the one who paid Meerab's hospital bills by selling his Rickshaw. It was my reply to @TR_19's post where there was a mention of Murtasim paying Meerab's hosital bills.

. A twist which we can’t guess according to Saba …hmmm… Murtasum knew about Meerab and Meesam this toh we have guessed and guessed it sometime back so I don’t think that’s what it is…. Knowing NM , it’s going to be some filmy style . Maybe MZ is in jail for 3 murders he committed and he escapes from jail and comes with a gun to KH 🤣….. or ….Kaddu uncle (when Mahila rehman asked him about the change in the story as regards to MR )denied any such thing and said wait till the conclusion. So could it be as regards to thst night ?

I am more inclined to think MK did NOT know about Merub and Meesam. It doesn't make sense why he looked so shocked when he saw Merub & Meesam, or why he agreed to marry Haya, or why would he let his wife and daughter live in poverty for a year. If I were MK, I would have found a way to funnel funds for Merub & Meesam to live in ample comfort - like koi prize bond ka inaam nikal aaya ho. Also, MK only called off the search a month ago (as per Saba) - if he knew of Merub & Meesam, wouldn't he have called off the search much earlier?

I think the twist may be the reveal with regards to MR. I am hoping there is a FB scene of what happened after the doors closed in E46 leading up to contract breach. This should dispel all doubts and establish clearly that there was no MR.
