Meerab leaving KH is her choice, it's similar to how murtasim left KH after their deed, only difference, he went away for a night and she hasn't returned.

Meerab is at fault for not revealing their child to murtasim. But without a proper justification, murtasim's proven meerab's accusations as true by agreeing to marry BH. Meerab though has share in the property like she rightly once said was always like an outsider at KH, her stay was always conditional upon her marital status and Haya though only considered slightly better than servant maids always has been the insider with no conditions attached to be accepted into KH.

I want CVs to provide a proper backstory for Murtasim’s acquiescence to marrying BH otherwise he needs a lot of redemption, because he's doing with BH the samething he's accused meerab of having with Rohail.
