It's also possible that they are doing an implied thing as its discouraged to show (positive) men hitting women on TV.

I'm generally against hitting people, but Maaya asked for it. Don't think Anuj did the honors though. Might be Kanta or even Pakhi. Whoever it is, very good. And let's not say Maaya is mentally ill.. because she's not. She's using it as an excuse to keep Anuj with her and in the process has terrified poor CA. She deserves the slap for al the pain she's giving her child because of her obsession.

I can't wait for this woman to exit the show. Her delusional rants are so freaking annoying. What right does she have on Anuj to control him like this. That freaking nutcase is behaving as if Anuj is her husband and Anupama is the other woman. When the truth is something else entirely. Heck, Anuj hates even her shadow and still she's behaving as if she owns him. If you ask me, one slap is very less for such delusion.

This hopefully misleading promo is a perfect example of what matters to makers - TRP, TRP and more TRP. Woman empowerment jaye bhaad mein 😆
