This kick of custody drama is needed for story to move forward, otherwise three of them in Kasauli without any inch of movement in the story,doing all goody goody with eo,all pretending happy vibes,sharmaji,bhaiji in a sync ...in between betu and mumma ..viewers feel odd but not they..

Manish asked mata why can't you accept this jodi (echoed) , or abhinav who is not rich but gave good parvarish, or see happiness in ak face.

Swarna scolds manju that even after abhi ak differences we never let anything happen between our relationship. Can't you tell your son and tell anything to us .i didn't expect this from you.

This bashing is needed by Goenkas from long Did they bash her for her deeds before except seeing her maa ki pain losing neil.

Manish scolds for making abhi embraced and made nav feel humiliated.

Ak has anger on abhi too but she questioned him and he changed later slowly. Mata ka suddhikaran done.

Last time after abhir truth ak said to abhi you can never be a good baap as you can't give a life like baap.Abhi gave life to abhir and resurrection done .he slowly won as a best father by ak.Next is mata and beta winning ak back through abhir.

Mata says i know you are more matured now. I want to have custody.Abhi doesn't want custody as he does not want to hurt you or your family. Manish says are you doing ehsan on us by not fighting custody Mata says i am saying it so that all will be happy and hearts are broken .Manish scolds when you doing have heart what are you thinking of someone. He says what to talk to you ,my lawyer will talk to you.Manish says abhir life will be done by custody in court.Ak and abhi come to manish say bade papa.Mata says don't fool me i will accept this.She says you didn't understand so i am also ready.You remember that you first started court this time.Let the fight be done in court.abhi and ak want to stop mata, Manish but they don't listen.

Manish vs mata egos raised for abhir. These families are the worst till now they separated abhira like intruding in between and they won't let them breathe. But when abhira take their hearts out they kick the families away.

Nav says what are you doing .no case nothing. I admit that i am not real father.I can't take his bachpan out.He knows half truth but i will tell him truth. It's difficult for me to tell but i will. relations are won with love.My kid will get pain.Mata says you will be benefited in this (echoed) without case his will not son get rights Mata says you snatch his happiness and his father's.Nav says you dont know real happiness Mata says you don't know a mom's decision .for a kid she will take a decision and won't go back. Manish says i have a solution. If abhi gets custody we will tell truth to abhir and he will live with kid. If custody comes to ak and nav abhir is never known the biological father. We will never talk about it. Abhi says no but mata says yes.

Listening to custody nav started his emotional manipulation again.he saw how they removed his ijjat in court and he has no rights there as second baap.All gratitude,emotions are for normal people in court it's all legal rights as father and mother who carried kid and gave sperms. Rest all won't matter to them.

Mera beta nahi hi Mera beta hi , mooh bola baap hoon. Mera khoon nahi hi all are his insecurity against abhir.How long he will sit in dung and won't free abhir and ak thinking as his.

Abhira are shocked with custody.They don't want to take that route and trouble kid or anyone.

Manishs solution is simple.Abhi gets custody easily as legal baap if they go to court. And coparenting with ak.Let the court dissolve that void shadi and throw nav away legally giving chance to abhira with abhir as a chance as they didn't live before .Matas words of if they stay together under one roof you will see and go suits this perfectly.This is indeed mamajis blessings too if court asks them to stay for sometime and give parenting and per abhir wishes.Sath rehne ki need for abhira through abhir that way. Is this what destiny told by mata too comed true and everyone get on head then.

Or if abhir says he wants to live with his real papa after truth is told in next episodes, he wishes to stay with him at his house. And ak gives him rights and sends him. Matas words of a mom has to do anything for her kids wishes suit this. Staying as nav wife ak has to live with abhi abhir then with cringe mein binge.

Any how it's legal rights of abhir birla will be perfect for giving rights as his son by abhi either by truth out or custody .

I don't understand Ar's role in the upcoming drama..

Does she support Ak in custody so that if Ak wins ,Abhir is deprived of his bio father,she n her daughter can happily enjoy in BH without any insecurity..in the changed circumstances, her relation with mata has affected..

Of course it doesn't happen...but what is her intent ,we will know in the coming court drama..
