Nehmat's pregnancy

From the start I've been against Nehmat going forward with this pregnancy. I really think she should've gotten an abortion. She's consistently been like Ekam and Harleen need to be together, Ekam needs to move on from her so that he focuses on his wife, but how does she not realize that her carrying Ekam's child is literally putting a dent in that? Idc that Harleen can't get pregnant, adopt a child, there's many children out there who yearn for a family. But ITV i guess

Anyways, I saw that at the end of the episode, apparently she needed to consult with a senior gynecologist? And Sartaj is concerned. What are the chances she's going to have twins? And they'll probably even split them so that one somehow ends up with Ekam and Harleen 🤔 so over these same plotlines that so many shows use

People are rooting for more Nehtaj, they absolutely love them, so do I. Do y'all think it's possibly gonna happen? Or that they'll just go forward with the leap?

Nope, she is going to die. the doc probably saw a complicated pregnancy and will tell her either she or the baby can make it. she will obviously choose the baby!!
