Most of the times makers made some of the characters to not use their brain when it comes to Haya which made audience question the intelligence of some of the characters.

I think we misunderstood this drama as a love story drama. The makers have always been clear from the start. Title is 'Tere Bin' which means both the leads will stay without each other for most of the time in the drama. And the OST is also not of a love story OST.
