Saw the episode, and yeah, def ff worthy. But I think I am getting some idea of how things will proceed.

Abhi, Nav, and Ak will decide to tell Abhir the truth, but before that happens, BP will go off on Manjari. Manjari might fight back, and in the process, Ak will have some realization that it is impossible to have Abhi in their life; otherwise, Nav will be insecure. In the last epi, Abhi said for Abhir's sake we three will have to be tied together our whole lives, and it was echoed. So Ak will flip everything on Abhi and tell him to leave. In this process, either Ak or Abhi will talk about custody and get the custody date back on track. Abhi might win custody cause he is willing to adjust and co-parent, but Ak isn't. Finally, Abhir will either be told, or he might still not know, and Ak-Nav just tell him he is going on vacation to Birla's house for a few days. So Abhir will find out through Abhi once Abhi wins custody. At that point, I am guessing Abhir will not be happy cause ofc he won't be, and then he will miss his parents, and Abhi will give up on Abhir and being a part of his life and leave.
