So much for the "abuse" , the child is not facing ANY crisis.... He is just fine with the truth he just discovered, and is curious to know abt his real father...what kind of identify crisis do you think abhir is suffering from "in present" , not in your imagination? However , for the question he asked akshara , she felt it's best to not reveal the truth to him at this age and Dr agreed bec he is the villain of that story . I didn't even bother reading that whole reply after that 'child abuse'.

Which court of law would think a mother not revealing the truth of his abusive father to a literal kid who doesn't even have mental faculties or resources to deal with it... Child abuse? That's insane. Akshara could have filled him with no much negativity about his biological father that lil Abhir would have spit on his face in their first meeting. She rather focused all her energy and time in giving Abhir a stable home, a better human being as a father..away from the dark past stemming from mistakes of adults.

As for Abhir having an identity crisis and thinking his whole life was a lie, it is rather baffling to imagine he wouldn't understand why his mother did what she did. Especially when she wanted to tell him as a big boy, an age where he would actually understand.

But where is she punishing him or depriving him of anything? She sent abhir with abhim while they were in Udaipur, also wanted to inform him abt abhirs wish to go to kasauli but couldn't bec arohi assured that she will tell .now he's living with them in the same house , she is fine with him around and now as per the promo she is giving up the custody of abhir. Who is getting punished ? Co parenting is something that exists only in the minds of the audience. They never ever discussed the possibility . Abhimanyu wanted full custody and he has it now . Let's move on.

I don’t think she is trying to punish him, its more like she does not want to give up Abhir, its ITV they make things more dramatic, so co-parenting must be a very boring topic for them to cover. She has acted out in fear, her initially hiding things and not wanting Abhir to be around Abhim, then her not wanting Manjari around Abhir, she has major anxiety issues. Ideally speaking, both Ak-Abhim need therapy, but since its ITV very tough to get that lol. Thats why I loved the show Kuch Rang Pyaar ke, they actually showed all these things in their show, it was very new thing for me to see in ITV

I had long wanted the producers to change the writers to kuch rang ke 🤪.... But why will they do that.....

I can also say the whole point is miscommunication.... Or they don't know how to communicate.... Hehe 😂

Well one word.... Miscommunication or something....

Regarding the promo .... It's always misleading i believe.... Haven't watched the last 3/4 episodes but watched only promos.... Which i don't believe that makers will give away that easily.... Of not how will they get drama and masala 😂😂😂

Some people completely missed the point.

It doesn't matter what Abhi did or didn't do. Nor is it about her moving on. Instead of fighting her own battles or actually moving on she used a child to settle scores. Whatever happened between them was between adults, but she willingly and gleefully brought an child into. Just like how Manjiri used Abhi against his father she is doing the same.

Abhi didn't make the decision for them. It was all their choice, but Abhi and Abhir have to face the consequences for a decision made without their knowledge or consent. It's about her and Abhinav's complete disregard for Abhir's feelings. Even now Abhi senses that something is off with Abhir. Whereas, the mother that almost died giving birth to him is more concerned about her husband's feelings. Abhir was close to telling Abhi that he is still looking for his real father, but he ran off to find Ruhi. That seems like a child that is struggling with his emotions. He wants to know and talk about it, but he is suppressing his feelings because his mother told him to. That's gaslighting lol.

Also, not everything is about Abhi, but some people are obsessed with his character.

Issue is not about Akshara moving on. Issue is that she erased Abhimanyu from his son’s life and still shows no remorse for such a huge injustice. She punished a father for a husband’s mistakes and enjoyed rubbing it in his face that his son calls someone else Papa. Enjoyed taunting him that he’s not worthy of being a father without even giving him a chance to know his own son. THAT is what Akshara is being judged for. Not for moving on.

Lol, kids do not know what biological parents mean till they get the birds and bees stuff as pre-teens. Even if Abhimanyu, Akshara, or it-is-a-crime-to-help-a-stranded-pregnant lady-accha-admi tell him the truth, the most immediate question that he will and has asked be "why don't my 'real' parents live together?" That is what most kids see amongst their peers and that is what "parents" means to them.

Hope forever victim Abhimanyu is ready and capable of answering that without hurting his feelings and psyche.

Also, it was Akshara's responsibility to deal with Abhir's curiousity ASAP instead of putting it on the backburmer to save Akshnav's peace. They needed a private space without constant intrusion but still a kid's psyche should have always taken precendence over anyone's haq and/or self-doubt

Funny how this post intended to criticise an abused, pregnant woman, and a man who sheltered her for not prioritising a kid's feelings while centering the entire discourse around an abusive adult's "rights" to parent a child whose mother he abused lol

I was about to write thr same thing.. what's the ideal age to tell the child ?

Suppose abhir knows abhim is his father and he asks Dr "why aren't you and mummy together ?" , what will his reply be ?

*drumroll * a truckload of lies.

But akshu didnt lie to abhir , she promised him to tell the truth when it's appropriate. We all know abhir will soon know it all. But can a child of 6 yr old understand the reasons ? Abhim must dread that day , he should be thankful abhir knows this much.
