Most of the accidents that happen are unintentional , but still ruin many lives including the victim's life and his/her family . So passing off akshara's actions as unintentional mistakes doesn't in any way decrease the gravity of her crime.

I can add here...abhi knew akshu had a difficlut pregnancy...he should have been with her.....he was careless in leaving akshu in the house and going for surgery...and then not taking her calls when she was having cramps and trying t et in touch with him...

akshu was in severe pain...and so she went out....and got the calll...she tried what she could and then had no time to think and did what she thpught wwas correct..neil made a decision for himself....akshu was not responsible.....

if saving abhi from fire was rewarded, akhu and neil's act of sving girls cannt make akshu a murderer....

this was an accident......

ok abhi had taken paternity leave but a if surgery is imp then he needs to attend as if he doesnt attend that would be termed as murder ,

and how could he attend a call when he is in surgery?? ak herself mentioned that.

and now its not that abhi had to stay 24/7 with ak otherwise ak will commit blunders and will be termed as murderer .

neil was there, shefali was there even if manjari went with arohi. neil safely . caterered to her to hospital for cramps thats what a brother should do isnt it . and tried to protect ak from goons .its easier for to say it was neils descision . to go out , but if we look at it just like neil cared for ak and stopped her from coming out of car ak should have stopped him from going to goons too so .thats were her recklessness is showed in that moment she neither cared for babies and for neil but only for her ideals to save girls , which i as a girl find it very wrong because as a mother for a mother her childs life comes first their safety comes first before anything.

and for abhi and rest of birla i pointed out what i felt in previous comment itself. we cannot justify ak recklessness by pointing out abhis fault.

AND YES IT WAS AN ACCIDENT , WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF AK CARED ABOUT HER CONDITION AND NEIL WITHOUT ACTING RECKLESSELY BUT AS A MOTHER, BECAUSE THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME SHE RISKED HERSELF AND HER BABIES . AND AACIDENT IF REPEATED IS CONSIDERED A MISTAKE BECAUSE IT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED ESPECIALLY WHEN 2 LIVES WERE LOST.

I just hope that makers make efforts to highlight this issue so that people do not lose hope in humanity and are still ready to help others!

Regarding the sirat statement by abhimanyu , the same tactic was used by akshara when she compared abhimanyu to harsh during their very first fight , she knew very well the dynamics between father son relation and deliberately used it to hurt abhimanyu as and when she found the apt time , very manipulative indeed.

well humanity is well and good as long as one who is going to rescue doesnt become a burden for others and put others life in danger too as first rule of rescue is able to save oneself so that you can help maximum people and not be burden to others .

thats not for me to decide thats their choice .everyone is responsible for their own choices .

and in these services the officers or rescue personels dont recklessly give away their life first we need to be capable of saving our own lives then only we can ensure we can save max people in case of emergency recklessness only create burden for the ones who are supporting us and we risk their lives too.

thats what they are being trained for.

if we cant respect the lives being gifted to us how can we protect others.

the whole incident was not a murder…or a careless act…. It was a decision taken at the spur of the moment to save lives…

People try to save others…. Risk to road cross karne mein bhi hota hai… fire mein koodna is defo much more risky… but people do it…. Not all…. Now these people r not called murderers… and r not punished!!!

Ok I now know..Dr must have taken a gunda fighting classes bec he fought with goons like ..9-10 times to save akshu and with the maniac who burned down the hospital like Ravan ki lanka🤣 , he was risking his life everytime but he's the hero bec he made it while Neil couldn't. Jumping in the fire, fighting with goons and jaane kya kya ..

The other day I heard a song from Ghajini n I was reminded of that heroine who tried to save the girls from trafficking n lost her life in order to do so as she became the unintended whistle-blower.....I'm beginning to doubt ,, are these the stories of courage or dumbness ? Pick up any movie and it's it's same plot..

Recently I was watching a show where the hero is diagnosed with genetic illness of memory loss n he decides to divorce his pregnant wife as he learnt that she will only suffer if she's with him..as he broke the news she got so panicked , ran behind him and got hit by a car..her child had to be aborted as anasthesia had to be administered for her surgery to save her life....he was there with her till she recovers but later left her.. she asked him to start over but he refused...she moved on in her life , but there was never an instance where both didn't remember child fondly and couldn't stop loving each other either ..she didn't blame him for anything (coz he decided to save her instead of the child ) , nor did he blame her for running behind him recklessly...

So to say that Dr was reacting in grief , yes it's possible but not at this stage where she miscarried hours earlier and the family is grieving over personal loss 😢 at least have the basic humanity to let her recover.
