Abhay asked piya to stay away from him and leave him alone but she didnt exactly respect that. Now yeah you can argue that abhay kept going to save her after saying this but if the roles were reversed and it was abhay doing that to piya would it have been acceptable?

Like in case of kabeer and piya, just because piya was being friendly with kabeer doesnt mean she had feelings for him and doesnt mean that she wanted to kabeer to continue pursue her. I think sake logic extends to piya herself too. Abhay saving her doesnt always equate that he wants piya to continue pursuing him.
So my vote is No.
