Thank you for this post!
Your post made me watch the episode and I am glad I did.
Things did not play out with Murtasim just saying yes to Haya seeing her love or dedication for him or giving in to MB's pressure or out of his need to move on.
Right up to his declaration that he will marry her, he was least bit interested or bothered about Haya and rejected every attempt made by them to consider her love for him, even like 5 mins before he said yes.
Murtasim-Haya talk at the dining table was the crucial bit.
However painful it was to watch so much Haya in one go, it was during their talk when he picks up some clue from Haya's blabbering and immediately asks her about her involvement, specifically on the night Meerab left.
As soon as she denies it, his body language changes and he goes on to declare he will marry her.
So either he is bipolar or he has figured something out that requires promising Haya marriage to solve it.
Throughout the engagement and Anwar's rant, it looked like he was doing it out of some compulsion, like it was killing him but he had to go through with it to get to something.
What that something is only they know, and I am not even 1% sure how he can get anything out of Haya that will help him find Meerab.
But at least this gave me a ray of hope - a tiny one, but I will take it.

One of my friend told me watch the dialogue when murtasam ask Haya about what happened that night. Did she have any hand in Meerabs running away!
so watched it and it makes me doub murtasam and give me tiny hope!
he also recalls that Haya makes mistake!! I am sorry if you call this mistake and you can forgive her for this! Then wtf did meerab do wrong??
however we know he has zero clue where meerab is, so this won’t help him anyway!
