You are right!! That's their money and they can spend it anywhere. Problem is that when these celebs do such things, that somewhat doesn't set good examples. This race to look perfect especially when you already had such a beautiful face makes people more insecure about their looks. Also, these surgeries aren't good for health in longer term. It's also not like she is working and she did that for the job. Wish we had more celebs who would set examples to be comfortable in whatever skin and features you have. Whitening injections, botox , these surgeries to change features , is something which many aspiring actors resort to and many even suffer in the process. Zahid mentioned the same in his IV related to his nose job and called it a big mistake, glad he admitted that and asked people to be comfortable in their skin and body.

The main thing is that these things are not sensationalized by the actors, it is done by the audience itself.

If setting a good example is concerned, if you talk about other industries toh samajh ata hai but since pak industry is so regressive even if the actors say that it was their own choice and they are not encouraging it and they did wrong but they are satisfied tab bhi audience will bark at them.

They never want good examples to be set . Just bad examples to show where the society is heading.

Naimal did it to her face , she will eventually bear what's in store for her but its too traumatizing for her as well , everybody is just round and round commenting about her face now. I guess usne toh kuch accha soch ke hi karwayi hogi surgery. Its upto naimal now to address this publically if she wants to. I am stick on my opinion tho that she was way more beautiful before.
