If there was a creep who was texting me at 5:30 in the morning or sending such demanding texts - I would be furious - I would quit or block. The same vidhi who can take Arjun’s class for overstepping bounds seems to be ok with this or ok to ignore this. She dint need Dev then to be clear, and she shouldn’t need Dev now to tell her that this is wrong.

If they are following the darr route - Darr was extremely clear in depicting Juhi’s repulsion. That clarity is missing here. Maybe because it’s still in the building up phase, but it’s never too soon to start doing that.

I agree completely with SNS23 and Helios10 both.

Let me take the liberty to narrate my own life experience. BMW Mini in Oxford has sale more than production. So as IT service department, there was an internal SLA that due to any interface or stuff related to IT should not make production suffer at any cost.

The head of IT approached me and explained the entire system. BMW has a contract with its suppliers that they would receive orders by 8 in the morning and material would be delivered for production on the same day. Just-in-time strategy. If the orders didn't reach, the suppliers were not liable for any delay of delivery.

We were implementing a completely overhauled IT interface. So monitoring that the interface went smoothly was essential. The interface running time was 5.30 in the morning. I was made a special request to take up this crucial task at 5.30 am as they trusted my work delivery efficiency. I did this task for 3 months trial period, during which the interface report showed me any issues, which I handled on immediate basis or/and had changes in the interface done. I was given the freedom to leave by 1.30; but I usually stayed a little longer.... but never long hours where someone from home would cross-check why I hadn't returned from office.

Many people who work in shifts, report early morning to the job. But there's an official contract to support it. and then those people leave early as well.

Yeh Jai ka personally 5.30 baje off hand bula lena...... Vaha pahuchane ke baad car driving hona....... shouldn't Vidhi have refused then and there...... Didn't she claim of gaining "Atmavishwas" during Amba press conference on her roka day.

Yeh Vidhi na bas bakbak gyaan wani hai, uss mein real strength of working women today hai hi nahi.

And come on! If any person in this world makes a derogatory statement about my husband, I shall straight away slap them there itself. My husband is genetically bald (the normal male baldness found in India). Par Kissi ki duniya mein himmat nahi hogi usko takala kehane ki...... if any office people made any comment ever, I would take them to task immediately.

And why is Dev so unfazed by everything?

Agar koi gair mard mujhe koi faaltu text message bhejega toh bi my husband will have him blocked. That possessiveness shown by hubbies is for our own safety.

Todays episode was a head scratcher for me. I have no idea what they were trying to accomplish but here’s what happened.

Dev and vidhi are still talking, and she says she wants to show him something that she wasn’t able to yesterday because he was upset with her. She shows her the stree vidhi dabba and asks him what he thinks. He says as a hubby he is super proud of his wife, to see his wife’s name on a menstrual dabba.

But as a businessman, he can’t help wonder what the name has to do with a product. He says a name should be related to a product and vidhi has nothing to do with this product. It’s like him selling a packet of chips and calling it dev.

Vidhi is like it makes sense. But before they can talk further, Chithra interrupts them and asks vidhi for Jai’s number. Dev is thoughtful when he sees Chitra’s excitement.

At the office - dev and Kaushik are talking and they have solidified their next steps to take back the company. Kaushik says that he’s placing an ad for a personal assistant for Dev. (When do job ads come with the name of the person for whom this position is being created for?)

I am going to summarize the whole Jai office scenes here as concisely as possible coz this was just like huh - wth is going on.

Vidhi comes in and tells jai about dev’s suggestion on the name of the menstrual kit. Jai is offended and says that this is his company and he doesn’t want anyone else’s advice. Vidhi is like she only tried to help, but doesn’t take offense and is about to leave. Jai imagines telling vidhi all sorts of crap about dev. Vidhi snaps him out of his day dream. She leaves.

He is watching vidhi through CCTV. He sees the ad for dev’s PA pop up, he formulates a plan. Vidhi is about to leave for the day when he has his secretary send for her. He makes her wait, and finally puts up a show of missing his dad when he meets her. He gives her a joining bonus. He had planned for Shashi to come in and pretend like he hasn’t eaten for 4 days. Vidhi falls for it and says she’ll wait with him while he eats. Shashi isn’t too pleased but doesn’t say anything.

on the other hand Amba tries to get to talk to dev, but he isn’t interested. She is getting more and more frustrated.

At home dev, priya, hamla are planning for their next move with their business. Abhi comes in and tells them there is a tender that they should bid for. Dev tells them that they have to win at any cost. It’ll be the perfect platform for their launch. Vidhi comes and dev forbids anyone from saying anything coz she is competition.

Chithra and Jai are at a cafe when Vikram comes and misbehaves with her. Jai takes advantage of the moment and comes to her rescue. He takes her home where everyone is gathered and is concerned to see chitra so rattled. Chithra tells everyone what happened. Dev and abhi say chithra shouldn’t go out alone for the next few days. Vidhi thinks Jai helped her family - and thanks him out loud for his help. Dev looks at her and Jai - I think putting a few pieces together

Amba is getting more and more desperate and she sends dev a video message which vidhi sees. Dev tells vidhi he doesn’t know what to do with Amba - he doesn’t want to see her.

You are so right with the head scratcher thing. The entire episode was boring. Anyway they are setting the ground work for chaos about to follow. The secretary looks hideous. And why would Dev's secretary msg pop up on Jai's system? Vidhi addressing Jai as Jaiji is getting really annoying.

What I understood from today's episode,

1.Anyone can walk into videv room. Knocking not required.

2. Abhimanyu never irons his shirt.

3. Dev was wrong about this. These are the best selling snacks in Bangalore.

I couldn’t understand the intent of the episode Carl. Just like how I wonder what dev sees in vidhi from time to time, todays episode made me wonder why the heck someone like Jai got so quickly and crazily obsessed with Vidhi. Aisa kya kar diya vidhi ne?

It feels like even the actor is not sure which direction of obsession his character should go with.
The whole pretending not to eat for 4 days was nuts. He had chai at the raichand house.

And vidhi - what is wrong with her - itna bada lecture diya dev ne about boundaries - it looks like everything went over her head. Why have her pretend to understand and do something that goes against that 🤷🏻‍♀️
