I have so many questions:
Why did Rohail bring up the contract over and over again if that was just going to be dropped? Did he say something to Murtasim and is that what makes him believe Meerab is with him? Maybe I’m reading into it too much but I just don’t see the point of bringing it up repeatedly if it was just going to be dropped. We need some closure on Rohail.
The zeher lagti hai line makes me believe that Murtasim is not just aware that Haya is in love with him but he’s aware that she is toxic as well. Why marry her then? Did his opinion change over time or is there something else to it?
Again why highlight the searching for Meerab until eternity, saying he will wait for her only for him to turn around and marry Haya? I know there’s a time jump but these scenes are one episode apart. What would be the point of emphasizing this if it doesn’t align with the storyline? Things that happened many episodes ago, I can dismiss as bad writing but this literally happened. There has to be something behind it.
There is that bts pic with Murtasim and Haya from a scene that I don’t think has aired yet. He’s back in his Devdas, depressive look. He looks sad and defeated in scenes from the promo as well but he’s well-groomed.
I do have a theory that he may be marrying Haya because he knows she’s after the power that comes with being his wife. He threatened that he will leave this so maybe that is the plan. Haya will still have the power she is after and he can move away from it somewhat. Maybe he can move to the village or something. I think this may just be wishful thinking on my part but I can’t think of any other reason. He doesn’t look thrilled to be marrying her so why then?
I know everyone thinks Haya is loved by the writer and I don’t know, maybe she is but she is also very obviously the villain. She might be getting away with everything but she’s never been whitewashed. Villains can appear as though everything is going in their favour but in any story, good has to win over evil. She can get a redemption arc which I would hate but even for that, she would need to admit her mistakes and repent. She can’t end up getting Murtasim in the end. It just wouldn’t make sense.
I have the same question.
also murtasam change of behaviour came after the leap. The conversation with Anwar reflected he has come to point of life he is giving up.
he is busy with other responsibilities and meerab is slowly disappearing. Time heals, so he is healing and forgetting meerab.
those Isaq words when Meerab went missing.
After 7 months or 8! He has become a changed man.
And his acceptance of Haya proves he changed.
Also this references the Isaq he claimed 7/8 months back is no where near as strong. It wasn’t Isaq at all I would say.
Was watching nooran interview and she said if there is no pain, there is no love, but that lady forgot that her twists are seriously lame and it ruined murtasam character arc
