Anyone born between 1997 and 2009/2010. Sara was born in 1995 so she wouldn’t be gen z

Her original post doesn’t mention him, I think there’s a side conversation also going on

So far what I’ve seen is that they all lack individuality. When u say clones I get what you mean as most of them have grown up around each other/ know eachother or have been friends. Their experiences and education are all too similar, what one brings to the table they all do and so for the audience it’s boring and repetitive.

In some cases for us the only difference are their names.

Akshay for example before all his propoganda films did roles where he would bring some relatability for the audience, the street wise middle class character. As did many other actors of that era even if they were nepo kids.

The actresses were given bad material to work with but had screen presence and star quality.

The current bunch and the next upcoming ones waiting in line for their film releases are going to have to really stand out, at the moment it’s looking bleak.

Diversity in upbringing does bring diversity on screen. Ananya especially only seems to fit into the spoiled rich girl character. I am not even sure what Janvi has done well. It seems like they can't do justice to the struggling middle class girl. Tripti might fill that gap. But I feel there needs to be more diversity. Maybe someone who comes from a small village. We need people from all different walks of life in bollywood. Janvi, and Ananya can almost be the same person offscreen. Sara is a slightly more sophisticated and smart version of them.

Also many watched films only to see the star somewhere.

Nowadays actors are all over the place, over exposed, upload every waking moment on social media. There is no incentive left to buy tickets to see them.

In this sense I appreciate Ranbir for not making any official SM account and not speaking to every podcast or YouTube channel out there. He is the only one who maintains some lack of easy accessibility.

His PR is in overdrive now a days.
