Meerab is living off some poor family while rudely speaking to them when they ask her why she left her husband. I don’t think she or the writer even knows . The whole mr thing is weird because if that was the original script they don’t address it, So Meerab leaving doesn’t seem to have any impact or make a lot of sense . I guess the unofficial reason is that Meerab is upset at herself for being weak and breaking the contract. It’s such a stupid reason to leave home and hide a child but the stans are still pulling the ratings in so geo doesn't care about logic at this point . Meerab Downey know her dad. She maybe would’ve came home if she did but she’s busy wallowing in her misery over having consensual sex

So she left home because she got weak but now is fine with living like an abla naari in someone else's house and living off them .
