I think murtasim was always attracted to her as I said before. He never openly rejects the rishta to Anwar. He only does so when he thinks she isn't inclined to marry him. But he treats her as his fiance. His comfort level with her in his bedroom vs haya is sky and ground lol.

The second she said yes. He went and asked her If she hated him. And ma begam keeps saying she wanted her for murtasim if not having noticed his crush lol why would she do this.

I don’t feel sympathy for MK at all, did he forget why meerab slapped him, and not thinking it must have been his reactions that made her run away leaving everything. Meerab did not run , so that she can come back if she is pregnant, she ran away knowing very well she doesn’t want to come back here , where haya will always be her husband second choice.how many times he told MK , but he never cares for her feelings?
