Yep, rising sign is our mask or our social persona. Someone can be a Leo but their rising sign can be Sagittarius. So which means the person is a Leo to the core, to who they are, but they comes across as a Saggitarius to people.

@bold - It changes every two hours won't mean that, our rising actively changes every two ours. It simply means each sign has two hours alloted to them in a day. So at the time of your birth, WHICHEVER rising sign was on the horizon, that is your rising sign or ascendant sign for life. That's how you'll mostly come across all through.
