In that case, she probably stayed the night in a different room close to Naila's. Naila was sick. Merub was very concerned. It wouldn't have raised eyebrows if she stayed the night in a room clos to Naila's.

In fact when MK comes to talk to Merub and bring Haya to apologize it was in a different part of the house where Naila was given a room.
