Every show and it’s characters have their USP . Recently SP thinks copying successful track of other shows will fetch ratings but that’s not happening. Virat choosing farz over pyaar is in sync with his initial characterization and Sai was shown an independent women who raised her daughter alone without depending on anyone . She didn’t even have a friend male or female and she managed alone . She was portrayed as one man woman . That’s her USP but to stretch the drama they destroyed the USP of Sai and that didn’t go well with the TRP audiences.

Compare Sai post leap to neighboring show lead . The latter required a man to survive and raise a kid but former was single handedly raised a child . So how did SP think copying the Neighboring show in the middle of the story would work . The best decision is to take generational leap rather than destroying the basic essence of the characters
