Bohut din ke baad aaj ka episode accha laga - maybe because they had the right balance of things. Can we please hold on to this pace and formula.

quick update -

Chithra and dev are outside, dev is thankful that all her reports are good. She sees gola wala and wants to eat to, dev outright refuses but chithra blackmails him into getting it for her. She is enjoying her gola when Deg spies a little girl crying, he goes and asks her dad if he can try to console her and calms her down. Chithra is watching this. Dev gives the baby back to her dad and chithra pulls his leg - saying my baby is lucky to have a mama like Dev but then says that he/she needs a buddy. Dev gets super embarrassed and chithra is like you guys need to think of a baby too. Dev is like you’ve started talking a lot and takes her home.

Hamla are talking - and bims is like being showered with praises by HP. Bims brings up vidhi and HP gets lost in thought thinking about how Vidhi left and how bad satya felt. Bims is like don’t worry - vidhi is just getting used to things, she will be fine.

On the other hand satya is upset that vidhi hasn’t returned any of her calls or replied to her texts. Dev is like it’s her first day, she must have been busy. Bit of shoddy editing here - but chithra who was sleeping is now back at the dining table with satya and dev. Satya is upset that vidhi hasn’t come home yet. But abhi priya and simmi are back and they have made dinner for the family. Vidhi also comes and is surprised to see abhi and priya back. Priya asks her how her first day was and vidhi apologizes for leaving so abruptly. They sit down and jai who had reviewed the file that vidhi prepared calls to discuss it further - satya asks her not to pick it and says it’s family time. She doesn’t. Jai calls again - but her battery is low and her phone turns off (minami, I remembered your vidhi here 😄)

Vidhi is glad the choice was made for her and they start dinner. Satya tells vidhi that chithra had her appointment and vidhi was supposed to take her, vidhi again apologizes and dev is like how much are you apologizing.
Abhi and priya want to start a small start up (something to do with abhi’s interest in food/cooking). Dev thinks it’s a great idea and thinks they should involve bims too - he is like he can help out too and with abhi and bims expertise and the raichand name they can go far. Vidhi is happy!

Later that night dev and vidhi are in their room and vidhi is telling him about her day. Dev is like let me massage your head and she puts her head in his lap. He presses her head(I won’t call it massage 🤣🤣). Vidhi asks him how his day was and he tells her about how he calmed a baby down. (You can see where this is heading) And she is about to talk more - and he stops her, gets real close to her and is like since then -‘I’ve only had one thought - why don’t we….

And Vidhi’s phone rings. She pulls away and dev is annoyed - she’s like where’s my phone where’s my phone - he is irritated but doesn’t show it and is like calm down it’ll be here only. It’s jai - dev sighs. Vidhi goes out to take the call as she wasn’t getting reception in her room. Outside they’re talking about the presentation - and satya who had come out to take water sees her and is upset that she’s again working.

Amba has sent something to chithra and she is in a better mood in anticipation of that. Yogu comes (with his suitcase) and Amba tells him that she’s calling Vikram back

At the raichand house, they’re eating breakfast when a package arrives for chithra - it is sent by Amba but she’s addressed it as from Vikram. The note says that he’s coming back for his baby -and he’s sent a gift for chithra. Chithra is upset and is like she doesn’t want to go back with Vikram she can’t go back to that house. Vidhi and everyone try to console her. Vidhi has to leave for work - satya is not happy. Vidhi promises to come home and make dinner - all of chithra’s fave foods. She leaves. Dev is thoughtful as he is sure this whole Vikram thing is a ploy by Amba.

precap - the presentation doesn’t go well, and vidhi is trying to explain to jai that they need to change their approach.

They are in jai’s cabin and he gets a call from the reception saying that the raichand family has been trying to reach vidhi. Jai says to tell them she’s not here (vidhi doesn’t know who’s on the other side)

Since I have screamed to high heavens about bad episodes - I will praise where much deserved. I loved that scene between videv - it was so natural - dev dint look tired - vidhi was her jhalli self. And those few seconds where he thought his night was going great - it was perfect!

I love your balanced approach to episode reviews sns dear... When they are bad, they are bad.. when they are good, that should be called out too! 👍🏼👍🏼 and the fact that both Vidhi and Dev were in their natural characters is a sigh of relief...

Yet to watch the episode, but why is Satya turning into a typical desi MIL? Her sons can work for days in the office, but DILs should be home for all the important stuff, while trying to manage their jobs... I don't appreciate that attitude and hypocrisy... 🤢🤢

Grow up Satya darling... Abhi to party shuru hui hai... 🥳🥳

FITAAY MUN with capital letters iss Jai ka… itne din baad i was enjoying the ViDev scene and he had to call her

My sympathies with Dev today lol

Ajeeb dimaagh hai iss insaan ka, matlab Vidhi could be sleeping too and she is an employee not his maid who has to be available 24/7

The chemistry was very organic today and thankfully they came close like we want to see

i dont mind this friction though, want to see some intensity in their love story which will only build with Jai’s interference

i felt Dev didnt like Vidhi asking Chitra if she wants to return to Vikram

Duniya idhar ki udhar hojaye, laikin amba dev ka peecha nahin choregi

Amba ka full time job hai Dev ke peeche rehna... Seems like this Amba might manipulate Jai into a false story that how Vidhi is trapped in Raichand house and he might become a do paise ka messiah for Vidhi Didi... 🤣🤣🤣
