In itv universe, everything changes acc. to convenience of fans. 😆 I doubt even makers give this much importance to all these symbolisms as much as fans do.

I mean the only inconsistency i find is how can Nav be their neighbour from bachpan and live at an orphanage at the same time so either ur theory is correct that muskan is also an orphan who was adopted by neelamma but then why would she adopt both nd keep Nav as the neighbour coz Nav has no adopted family too

Even Pre-leap, Abhinav had clearly said that he is originally from Kasauli and that he works in Pankhot for a travel company...

Ab jab originally from Kasauli hai, could it not be that he knew Muskaan from wayy before Akshara or moving to Kasauli? Orphanage mein dono saath honge till Neelama adopted her.... Yaar...

I saw that last part ka clip and it was funny rather than any symbolic connotation that makers wanted to give. But let's see -

Abhira reached Tulsi first, Abhinav appeared in-between them. He gave phool to Akshu and prayed for MuKa ki happy beginningnot important ... Abhinav ka phool fell toh shayad woh ab AbhiRa ke beech se hatne wala hai....

Please don't forget that It also means that Abhinav is "manipulative" and is going to randomly turn into a villain

I dont think Muskaan is adopted, it was never said she was. But Neelamma and/or Muskaan did say that Abhinav built a strong familial relationship with them while they were just neighbours. Abhinav brought a house but it didnt feel like home, he used to not even come home much when he was in Kasuali(said when he named AK as the owner iirc). So being an orphan, he worked, saved and brought a house few years before meeting AK.....

Akshara was apparently 24 at the time of pregnancy. Abhinav would be around or older than her. Muskaan currently would be around the same age as AK was when she completed her studies, i.e 22. So 6 years ago, she'd be 16. Plus whatever years ago he brought the house makes her even younger.

So he probably did see her as a pre-teen at the least depending on his age. Akshara saw her grow up from 16 or so too. Whats more concerning is Kairav is 6-8y older than AK. Which makes him 12-16 years older than Muskaan but no one even mentioned about the age gap?? Even during AB-AK time, AB based on his qualification as a surgeron would be in early 30s but no one cared at the time either

People maybe calling me crazy to bring in Dr. Rohan every now and then, and shipping him with Muskaan and too without a scene, but they did have almost a scene together in Shimla.. Jaane do 😆... But I think he is more like existing character ka representative who can suit Muskaan in terms of every other way - age, background (based on clip shared by Diya) ... Though Kairaan are growing on me, I have always pointed out, how I am trying to ignore the age difference between Bhaiya and Didi (Abhinav ki - incase isse bhi koi report na kar de)...

But khair, I have made peace ki age is just number in iTv when a professor of college can go around maniac around woman student because she doesn't seem to mind, a workplace where boss demands ONS from an employee and they continue working with boss being in guilt, or where dcp goes around slamming ex wife...
