I'm probably the only one who didn't like Khichdi.. too much over-acting. Also I never found it funny.

Even I didn't.. specially instant Khichdi was blah.

Anything with Pallavi Joshi in it would be good. Watch ye kahan aa gaye hum and Alpviram if u find them

I agree with every word.

I was especially in love with Family no.1 as a kid and related a lot to the kids in that show as they reminded me of my cousins, siblings.

Also there was another show called Happy Go Lucky on Star One with two teenaged boys and it was really fun.

I am shocked how much Indian TV has been annihilated post 2006.

No variety, no content. Just same old cheap saas bahu serials or bakwas love stories or lusting after neighbour's wife shown as comedy.

Bhabhiji is a cheap show. Shriman Shrimati had similar theme but was never as vulgar as Bhabhiji.

Yes Boss on SAB TV was also a fun show though with a cheap theme of boss lusting after married employee.

Asif Shaikh is PhD in playing characters that lust after married women.

Ekta Kapoor hi nahi, even success of Balika Vadhu ruined Indian TV and they began to show even kids as husband or wife in name of showing period dramas or social issues.

No comedy, no suspense, no thrillers, no quizzes, no variety of content anymore as we had earlier till early 2000s

I just re-watched Alpviram sometime back thanks to YouTube and boy it's still good.. all these old shows are so so amazing. More people need to watch them seriously.
