Why is meerab living in abject poverty? Isn't she educated? I would have loved to see a post-leap meerab as a women's rights lawyer, living happily with her daughter.

Whats the point of giving her bhaari bharkam dialouges of wanting to stay away to find her "wajood" when all she is doing is barely making ends meet with presumably the help of a random bus conductor.

Like if you are not giving me a love story then at least give me a decent personality growth arc (for both)

Seriously, the story don’t match because we also see from Meerabs POV: there is constraint confusion in meerab. She will have this soft Connor and then rude and then arrogant! Jealousy, insecurity etc…

so from meerab POV she has all this arc bcs she can’t decide what is wrong and what is right. She had the option to go and tell murtasam but she didn’t! Since the Maryam problem they actually didn’t spend single second together other than the after party! So we don’t know what would meerab have done if she had the opportunity

Where as murtasam, he took no action and his arc is still the same. He will support Haya no matter what even when his wife is insecure. He will solve his wife insecurities but obiously underestimate! Hence his suffering at the moment 😂

Tere Bin in one line. 🤣🤣Not one thought remains the same. Every thought contradicts with other. This is another level of detective stories.

I never knew I had to be a detective to see a TV show. 🤷🤷

But for slap incident. I have different perspection.

She was already dealing with accepting her biggest truth of her life. So her main concentration was on that. Still she didn't accept his name sake sorry.

Taunted him by saying jaisi maa vaisa beta when MB slapped her.

When MB slapped her, she made sure murtasim have talk with her, made a big deal out of it. Because at that time her state of mind is not as complex when she got slapped by murtasim.

I get that at that moment she was dealing with her changed identity. But I feel that in the story at least somewhere she could have brought the topic. And she could have clearly told MB to never raise her hand again on her. I have a problem with NM's writing how she makes everything about MK. If Meerab had taken stand for herself regarding slaps after walima, her character would have shined.

She is educated, she has friends to support her, she can go back and just tell her parents that she is not home 🤷🏻‍♀️

or tell her parents to send her out of the country where she can study and create a future 🤷🏻‍♀️

meerab was rude in those episodes! And there was no way to control her other than making her do the job.

At early stage if you told meerab to do something she would just argue and fight back.
So those episodes were very well written
