I think, it’s the latter.

Unless, she announces her wedding or mentions that she’s gotten married in hush hush manner, rest of the world would never know.

It is quite interesting that she had gotten married and then divorced, and now is on a space where she seems to be happy and not letting the world know about her relationship status. She and Kalki managed to buckle the norm and must've appreciated as it is very difficult
