I just wanted to know why is Manish so angry at kairav he’s the same BP who treats his ex son in law Ab as his best friend and kept warning Akshu not to come between the good dr and his to be wife. Yes that is absolutely correct. In fact when the Singhanias and Maheshwaris heard that Kartik was THE Manish Goenkas son they reacted like they were told he was Kartik Ambani of THE Ambanis. In fact in Suvarna's introduction shot they showed her being circled by bodyguards who were pushing other plebs out of the way. Manish Goenka was a business tycoon and even his clothes etc were like that of one. Which is why I was surprised that he let the Birlas behave like they did with him and his family. The Birlas are flying high on just one hospital the original Manish Goenka had the wealth and status to buy and sell 10 Birla hospitals and not blink. In fact initially the Goenkas were so arrogant, if Manish had been shown that way, the first time Abhimanyu and his family had shown attitude he would have bought the hospital for Arohi. But the writers are totally useless, they do not remember details from 6 weeks back, 6 years is too long
