Well, it's a chopped photo...and indeed, no 1 is also pregnant... basically, it's a bad riddle. because we can't know who made the photo as there are nine pregnant nurses...

The 1st one on the photo is the second one on the YouTube pic with 8 pregnant nurses and also the 2nd one on the YouTube pic with all nine nurses (hair tied back).

So, it's a false riddle as the question is false...all the 7 (8/9) are pregnant as the photo is a chopped pic from the 8-nurses one...

Initially, I also had thought that's the 1st on the photo...but YouTube told me otherwise 😉

Edit: btw, it could have been the 7th nurse on the last pic (probably) that made the photo of the eight ones...
