Meerab is drowned in grief, sorrow and she's ashamed that her pride has been shattered by her lack of self-restraint or control. Here she's the one to cross the line she has set herself. Probably she's never realised her underlying feelings for Murtasim. So it's overwhelming for her to think and act, in such case her only respite is to walk away from the situation. She needed a space where she can face herself alone, without any external noise that can get into her usual whataboutery mode.

Murtasim wanted meerab to love him and accept their relationship and physical intimacy was definitely on his list, but not in this manner.

I find it really shameful when people talk as if being able to Sleep with each other should be an amazing thing which should reinvigorate them both. Unfortunately more than intimacy it's the process how it's initiated and how much each of them are into the relationship enhances intimate experiences. They both are definitely not in a comfortable space to talk, discuss or assure each other about it.

NM has intelligently made us feel that meerab is very clever and had everything under her control, but it turned out the contract is being protected and respected by murtasim more than meerab herself. This contrast could have been brought with more poignance but unfortunately that isn't the case.

I am disturbed with the way TB turned out. I can neither accept MR nor angry makeout session. They didn't sell these characters to us. What was the point of showing restraint, patience and love from Murtasim? Why show us that Meerab was starting to have feelings? I thought that ITV and PTV were restrained in the content which they can show. I didn't sign up for this nonsense. Till date I cannot process how they have ruined this show.

We cannot only blame NM. The whole team needs to take the blame. No one is a kid that they were made to do something they didn't want to. From writers to director to script writers to production team to channel to actors.......everyone should be blamed.

Ofcourse everyone is equally responsible. According to yumna TB is for masses, sorry maybe we are not among those masses who like to watch love story turned into tragedy.

💯 agree 👍, the lyrics actually never meant meerab vs murtasim, instead it's about the fight between heart and head.

Head trusts that all the heart matters are under its control only for once the heart to rebel when the flood gates are opened and inundated with overwhelming emotions to ruin everything planned by the head. That moment can mean heart disregarding all the rules of head and taking away the pride, hautiness and finally trivialising the mighty head like fallen 🍂

IMO the concept was good, but execution and presentation through writing was poorly done.
